Louisiana Healthcare Connections has been recognized with two Gold Awards in the most recent Digital Health Awards® competition for its New Mom and New Baby email journeys, part of a maternal and child health engagement campaign designed to connect families with healthcare services and resources.
The award-winning email journeys were developed to guide expectant mothers and new parents through important milestones, providing personalized health information, preventive care reminders, developmental guidance, and connections to healthcare services during pregnancy and a child’s earliest years.
The email journeys were one component of a broader maternal and child health strategy that combines provider partnerships, community outreach, digital engagement, incentive programs, social media outreach, and educational resources to improve access to preventive care and support.
