St. Tammany Quality Network (STQN) has presented its first-quarter Medical Director’s Award to two member physicians, Joseph Bobrowski, MD, and Ralph Millet, MD, for attaining a perfect score on the St. Tammany Health System ambulatory dashboard for 2023.
“These physicians consistently provide exceptional care to their patients,” said Michael K. Hill, MD, STQN medical director. “This is reflected in their performance on these health maintenance measures and cancer screening metrics. All our STQN primary care physicians performed quite well last year, but these physicians were top of their class.”
The ambulatory dashboard shows the percentage of patients attaining hypertension control, diabetes control, smoking quit rate, diabetic eye exams, and cholesterol control, as well as compliance with cancer screening protocols.
Millet and Bobrowski are adult primary care physicians who practice at the St. Tammany Physicians Network clinic in Covington.
Millet is board-certified in internal medicine and has served on the medical staff at St. Tammany Health System for over 40 years. He is active on the STQN performance management committee and is involved in several local civic committees.
Bobrowski is board-certified in internal medicine and has been on the STHS medical staff for almost 25 years. He is active in several medical professional societies and is involved in process improvement for STQN.
