Thibodaux Regional Health System announced the addition of Matthew Taylor, MD, family medicine, to the active medical staff. Taylor is available to care for patients at Thibodaux Regional Multi-Specialty Clinic located at 4560 Hwy. 1, Suite 3, in Raceland, La.
Taylor served in the Marine Corps after high school and then went on to earn an undergraduate degree in Biology and an MBA in Healthcare Administration from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Taylor received a medical degree from Windsor University School of Medicine and completed a residency in family medicine at Memorial/LSUHSC in Lake Charles, La.
Taylor is board-certified in family medicine.
Taylor and his wife, Caroline Robichaux, MD, who is also a family medicine physician, both chose to remain in South Louisiana and to practice at Thibodaux Regional to be closer to family.
