AVALA announced that board-certified surgeon Grayson Terral, MD, has joined the AVALA Physician Network – AVALA Ortho. Terral specializes in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of hand and wrist conditions.
Terral completed a fellowship in hand surgery at the University of Mississippi Medical Center-Jackson. As part of the fellowship, he received extensive training in all aspects of the hand, including nerves, tendons, bones, and blood vessels. “The partnership with the AVALA Physician Network provides our communities with an elevated level of healthcare through our patient experiences and state-of-the-art medical technologies,” said Terral. “I am excited to be the first hand surgeon to join the network.”

The AVALA Physician Network has expanded to four campuses, including AVALA Hammond, AVALA Pain, AVALA General Surgery, and now, AVALA Ortho.
