Terrebonne General Health System announced that Gastroenterology Center of the South is now operating under a new name: Terrebonne General Gastroenterology Care.
Located in the Terrebonne General Medical Atrium at 8120 Main Street, Suite 200, in Houma. Terrebonne General Gastroenterology Care is services to the community, led by gastroenterologist David C. Pellegrin, MD.
“This transition represents an exciting opportunity to further strengthen digestive health services in our region,” said Phyllis Peoples, President and CEO of Terrebonne General Health System. “Patients will continue to receive the trusted, high-quality care they have come to expect, but now with the added support and resources of Terrebonne General.”
All existing appointments and services will continue without interruption, and no action is required from patients due to the name change.
