We are thrilled to be able to connect them and their families with the many services our health system provides.” Hall of Fame Health, which began as an initiative of Pro Football Hall of Fame members, focuses on caring for former professional football players and their families, many of whom often face health- care challenges without the resources available to them during their playing years.
