Dupré is a board-certified general surgeon specializing in laparoscopy, endoscopy, and robotic procedures. He is employed by LCMC Health and provides evaluation and management of disorders of the alimentary tract, endocrine sys- tem, hernias, breast disease, wound care, and trauma management. "We are excited to welcome Dr. Dupré to Lakev- iew Hospital," said Chad Cathey, Lakeview Hos- pital chief operating officer. "He brings incredi- ble skill and nearly 25 years of experience to our team." Before coming to Lakeview, Dupré prac- ticed general surgery at multiple hospitals and facilities in the Baton Rouge area, including Baton Rouge General Hospital, Our Lady of the Lake Hospital, and Woman’s Hospital. Dupré received a medical degree from the LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans and a surgi- cal internship and general surgery residency at the LSU Medical Center. He joined the Lakeview Hos- pital team in May 2023 and is currently accepting new patients in his Northshore office, 101 Judge Tanner Blvd., suite 300. Terrebonne General Health SystemRecognized by ABCGN Terrebonne General Health System announced that it has received the Excellence in Professional- ism Distinction from the American Board of Certi- fication for Gastroenterology Nurses (ABCGN) for the second consecutive year. The ABCGN is ded- icated to the professional development of gas- troenterology nurses. This distinction recognizes facilities that support the gastroenterology nurse’s commitment to excellence through certification. The Terrebonne General Endoscopy Depart- ment has achieved 50% or more of its nurses cer- tified in gastroenterology. The ABCGN provides a certification and recer- tification program for gastroenterology and gas- troenterology endoscopy registered nurses that promotes their knowledge, skills, and competen- cies in order to ensure quality patient care and outcomes. North Oaks School of Radiologic Technology Graduates 54th Class The 54th graduating class of North Oaks School of Radiologic Technology celebrated their accom- plishments with a commencement ceremony on June 29. Program Director Heather Koepp proudly shared that the class of 2023 has a 100% job place- ment rate with four of the nine graduates accept- ing positions with North Oaks Health System. Graduates include Emma R. Cook of Mandeville; Lauren T. Daniels of Holden; Jace A. Gaudet of Houma; Joseph Anthony Johnson of Hammond; Raleigh M. Lester and Skye E. Pregeant of Lor- anger; Keegan N. Marchand of Maurepas; Jona- than Harl Penton of Bogalusa; and Macie B. Was- com of Greensburg. Commencement was held at the E.
