Together, with the leadership of MASELA, Jefferson Parish Medical Society and Orleans ParishMedical Society, Winton will assess the needs of physicians in the area and develop value for physicians and patients. In addition, she will be responsible for developing new relationships with health care organizations throughout Southeast Louisiana. Winton is a native of NewOrleans, where she was born and raised. After completing an undergraduate education at Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science inMathematics, she initially entered the ser- vice industry but quickly transitioned into the world of insurance sales. Her dedication and expertise led to her rapid rise, culminat- ing in her promotion to an administrative management role. In this capacity, she over- saw a team of four and managed business operations for nearly 100 agents and finan- cial advisors. During this time, Winton em- barked on a professional journey that took her across the United States for a decade, gaining a diverse range of experiences.
