Terrebonne General Health SystemReceives Most Wired Recognition Terrebonne General Health System earned the CHIME Digital Health Most Wired recognition by The College of Healthcare Information Manage- ment Executives (CHIME) for the second consec- utive year. Terrebonne General was recognized as chief financial officer, and treasurer, Och- sner Health. As executive vice president and chief financial officer, Posecai will once again assume responsibility for the system’s accounting, financial planning, and analy- sis, reimbursement, and revenue cycle func- tions. He will also maintain his duties as trea- surer and continue leading managed care. Posecai most recently served as executive vice president, insurance partnerships, and treasurer, Ochsner Health. • Denise Basow, MD — executive vice pres- ident and chief digital officer, Ochsner Health. Basow's role will include leading Ochsner’s physician medical information officers. • Leonardo Seoane, MD — executive vice president and chief academic officer, Och- sner Health. Seoane will lead Ochsner’s con- tinuum of education including undergrad- uate, graduate, and continuing medical education programs as well as all research initiatives. Additionally, he will oversee Ochsner’s partnership with the University of Queensland Ochsner Clinical School and will continue serving as interim CEO of Ochsner LSU Health System in North Loui- siana. Seoane also serves as the executive leader for Ochsner’s Healthy State initiative. Seoane is board-certified in four specialties. • David Gaines — executive vice president and chief external affairs officer, Ochsner Health. In this role, Gaines serves as the voice and liaison with critical organizations and individuals including donors, media, elected officials, and community leaders. • Deborah Grimes, RN, JD — system vice president and chief diversity officer, Och- sner Health. Grimes leads workforce and employee strategy for Ochsner and fur- ther develops policies and practices that promote focused attention to diversity and inclusion matters including recruitment, retention, workforce planning, and career development. Grimes is also responsible for managing and implementing Ochsner’s health equity strategy in collaboration with Eboni Price-Haywood, MD. • Corwin Harper — senior vice president and chief growth officer.
