While the public has learned a lot recently about the virus and its mutations, those of us in the healthcare field know one thing — viruses adapt — and the Delta variant transformed to be better at attacking and killing our young. We thought it worthwhile to check in with Children’s Hospital New Orleans to get a look at the impact of Delta and what they might expect on the horizon.
