In this role, he has directed the development of healthcare policy and reimbursement initiatives on behalf of hospitals in Louisiana and has overseen various political activities with state and national policymakers. He has more than 25 years of experience in integrated system finance, analysis, operations and strategic business planning. Salles holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of New Orleans and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Belhaven College in Jackson, Mississippi.
