HEALTHCARE JOURNAL OF NEW ORLEANS I JUL / AUG 2021 11 from within through delegation. I have been part of some incredible growth with other organizations. That growth and suc- cess could never have been achieved with- out an incredible team of motivated people around me. I try to attract people who want growth, success, responsibility and account- ability in a team environment. As for the pandemic, I learned that our healthcare delivery system needs to be bet- ter prepared than we were. But never doubt our system’s people to recover and deliver. Learn to delegate, learn to identify people’s potential to lead, build people into teams, learn to lis- ten, talk with people and engage with front- line staff and physicians to solve problems. It is also important to remember to get away and rejuvenate your mind. Editor There is a lot of talk about increased mental health issues these days, many
