St. Tammany Health System announced the first baby born at its hospital in 2021, Levi Jacob Thomas.
Proud parents Meaghan and Jacob Thomas of Franklinton, obstetrician Dr. Plaisance, labor/delivery nurses Shayna Hogan, RN, and Jennifer Gray, RN, welcomed the baby boy into the world at 10:14 a.m., Jan. 1.
